Dental Visit

For students to access the Australian Dental Foundation program at school please complete the following forms (or collect a copy from Student Services):
This program allows Willunga High School students to receive free dental examinations and support with a valid Medicare card.
Students will need to return the forms to Student Services before Thursday 8 June (Thursday week 6, Term 2) to participate in the program.
