Accessing the EdPass Portal from Home

Step 1: Go to the EdPass Portal
Open your web browser and go to portal.edpass.sa.edu.au

Step 2: Check the Site Name Under the EdPass Logo
When logging in from home, you’ll be asked to enter your login details.
Important: Look just under the EdPass logo at the top. You might see either ‘Portal’ or your
school’s name (for example, ‘Willunga High School’).
– You must see ‘Willunga High School’ for your login to work correctly.

Step 3: If ‘Willunga High School’ is NOT Showing
If it says ‘Portal’, follow these steps:
1. Click on ‘Trouble logging in?’

2. Click ‘Select a different site’
3. Search for and select ‘Willunga High School.’
4. You’ll return to the login page, but now it should show ‘Willunga HS’ under the EdPass
logo.

Step 4: Log In
Use the same credentials you use for your school laptop:
– Username: Your school login (e.g., FirstNameLastName)
– Password: The same password you use on your school laptop

Step 5: Access Your Apps

Once logged in, you’ll see the EdPass dashboard with links to your apps (such as Daymap,
Office 365, Teams, etc.).

Troubleshooting
– If you forget your password, use the school’s password reset process or contact ICT
support.
– Always make sure the correct site name (‘Willunga High School’) is displayed before
logging in.
