Site closure – 12/09/2019

Dear Families,

I am writing to inform you that Willunga High School will be closed from 2:00pm on Thursday September 12 due to a vote for industrial action by members of the Australian Education Union at this site.

The Education Director has approved the closure on the grounds that insufficient staff will be on duty to enable me as Principal to ensure that adequate standards of student safety and welfare can be provided. We are working with Willunga Charter to ensure that all students are able to access their allocated bus service at this time.

Normal education programs will resume on September 13. Please contact the school on 8557 0100 if you have any questions regarding this information.

Kind Regards

Anthony van Ruiten
